    hello guys!
    i have been doing some research on Humulin-R, sorry if my english isnt totally correct, im not from USA
    wanted to ask some questions, if u have the time to answer
    so...
    I want to start with 2IU of H-r post workout, i would like to go up to 8IU or 10IU maybe after 3 weeks and continue the 4th week with 8 or 10 IU and finish with that, do u think thats ok?
    i did some competitions in bodybuilding but in light category up to 70 kg(about 155 lbs) so steroids are no stranger to me but i would like to take it to the next lvl
    i have only 72kg(160lbs) now but very well proportioned, but i would like to grow more and trust me i tried with steroids, i just get up to 82kg(180lbs) not more, i dont know why, i am eating alot(no newbie here)

    my pw meals after the Hum-R shoot would be:
    1)5-10 min later 60 gr of protein shake, 2 cups of vitargo(60 gr of carbs i think), 10 gr of creatine, 10 gr of glutamine
    2)50min-1h later, 200 gr of chicken, 100 gr of rice and some fruits
    3)1-2 h later, 200 gr of chicken, 100 gr of rice, 2 cups of vitargo
    should i use dextrose? or any other supplement?
    does the diet sound ok for a beginner in this 'field'

    i would like to take Parabolan+Testosterone+HUMULIN-R and start with 2IU of H-R post-workout
    should i start with more?
    i have already bought a glucometer

    I'd advise against it completely but if your mind is made up I'd say start low as you're doing.

    the only thing I think I'd change is that first meal that's only 5-10min after shot. if you eat too soon you blunt the effects of the slin. back when I tried it I would wait about 30 minutes for my first meal.

        I just think there are a lot of unknowns in terms of health. I'm not sure it truly makes you look any better. Bloated yes but not better. There really isn't many studies done on slin use in healthy individuals for bodybuilding purposes. People have been doing it for years but that doesn't mean it's smart to use.

        Just be careful and listen to your body bro. If something doesn't seem right it probably isn't.

        I personally feel that amazing things can be achieved with diet, training, and steroids alone.
