  • The more I learn the more questions I have

The gist of the matter is, I am wanting to go from a strongman physique to a bodybuilders physique. Along with your comments I am reading in other posts that one should be at a lower bf% because of an increased risk of sides, high blood pressure, gyno ect. and that I will not benefit from using now, is that the only reason to wait? I am already on high blood pressure medicine so the blood pressure should be under control and I have liquiddex and liquid tamox in case my estrogen levels rise. I am having a hard time wrapping my mind around why I should not be running a low dose cycle of test-e with adex, just so I do not loose my gains as I diet, how would this not benefit me? My diet has been spot on for a little while, I am down 20lbs in 2 months, but my gains have stalled and I am thinking the more muscle I have while doing a calorie/carbohydrate restriction diet with cardio, the faster I will meet my end goal.

Is this just one of the things I will have to deal with until I finish loosing weight, that I will have to loose strength and muscle mass? Also, I was thinking about running some Mod Grif (1-29) with Ipamorelin with the test because from what I read, peptides are pretty safe and a good accompaniment to test. I have had many answers to previous posts stating I have to high of a bf% still to benefit from using now, but in my mind more muscle mass=greater metabolism and more energy needed to sustain the muscle mass and the test will give me more energy to lift while cutting my carbohydrates.

If there is anything wrong with this logic please explain?

stop looking for what you perceive as the easy way with gear.

stop looking at peptides and all this other shit

start looking at diet, weight training and cardio.

eating smaller more frequent meals also = faster metabolism.

weight training also = faster metabolism

every second post of yours is why cant i take gear yet. its getting annoying

not at all i trained for 10 years 7 of them natural before i was in a serious motorbike accident.

i had been using gear for 3 years with about 6 weeks off prior to that.

i dont see gear as an easy way to loose fat - i see cardio as an easy way to lose fat.

i see gear as an aid in my recovery from my accident and as a motivator to get up at 4.30 am every morning and train until 7 and then get my ass to work while eating clean all day then spending another hour on the bike when i get home. gear didnt help me drop 20kgs cardio did.

but by all means go for the gear man shoot up 2mgs of test a week but just stop asking a bunch of internet strangers if you can do gear yet after everytime you lose a pound.

First off great job on the 20lbs lost bro. That's the kind of dedication required. Ultimately nobody can tell you not to start using your gear. We were just giving you the best advice we know with your given situation.

Henry, I've been weight training for 17 years, from highschool baseball and basketball to college baseball to the Army and through post Army. I never stopped weight training, my cardio and diet just went to shit. I've got my cardo and diet back on track now but I'm wanting to amp up the diet but I'm scared about loosing muscle mass and energy to work out with the increased calorie restriction, Ive already hit a wall on my weight training with my curgent restrictions.

I have been doing a massive amount of research so I can be as informed as I can be on peptides and steroids but every time I turn around I have contradicting information, hince my question. I thought it was a good question to pose and I was, having trouble finding the answer elsewhere. If it means that much to you I will stop asking questions.

theres your answer. no one can tell you what to put in your body.

im pretty sure when i first wanted to take gear everyone here told me to wait but i didnt i made the choice myself.

we've told you how to achieve your goals and steroids wont help you at the moment but you dont listen. so my advice is take gear. its the magic juice that will transform you over night and make all your dreams come true.

I get where your coming from Henry, I'm a one trick pony asking the same question over and over waiting for an answer that makes sense to how I view what I have read and the conclusions I have come up with. I think I am just going to have to leave it at, I am not healthy enough to use test and with my lowered carbohydrate diet I will loose strength as I loose weight, so best thing to do is suck it up as I loose the weight and work on my strength when my bf% is lower.

You have to have a good clean foundation. When an architect designs a building he does so on a clean plot of land and starts from the ground up.

By adding drugs to an already confused mind and body your basically building on top of a mess. The foundation will be compromised.

You don't have a clear understanding of how these drugs will effect you. They have the potential to make a bigger mess of things.

Go ahead and start if you want to but you will be better of getting in better shape first. You've made good progress but you still have a long way to go lets be real.

Bro if you do decide to jump on at least keep the test low. Like 150-250 a week. Save the full cycle for when you get that foundation Bouncer is talking about.

Even then why run it? 150 would be enough to shut you down yet not sure you would see a lot of benefit. It's a great trt dose but my guess is your test levels are fine.

When I competed I would drop 30 pounds in 12 weeks. I started around 12% so I wasn't fat either. If your diet is strict you should see some fantastic results very quickly.

Actually I got my testosterone tested and it was 369nl/dl, which isn't low enough for my doc to prescribe trt but it's pretty low.

Well that was my thought. Low enough to keep the negatives down but enough to keep stable test levels during the cut.
