The history is that he used to be on HRT when UFC allowed it, Randy Couture etc used it openly.

People only got a pass to use from tbe UFC and a script for HRT if they show low T in bloods naturally


UFC since banned any HRT use at all.

So he previously used due to low T, comes off and now he has high T
