  • collagen loss

    Hey all,

I've had adrenal problems over the past couple years, and over the past year I've experienced noticeable loss of collagen all over my body (wrinkles, loose skin, etc.). I've been seeing a naturopath re: correcting my adrenal function and it seems a bit better now. I've regained some of the 10-12 pounds I lost and my skin is slightly better.

I've heard deca, and possibly other things, can help boost collagen production. Does anyone know anything about this? I imagine GH does as well but I figure this is harder to get.

    Thanks,

Deca just lubes the joints, nothing to do with collagen I don't think. Either way though, DECA will help.

How about Anavar--I've read it increases collagen synthesis?

It's mainly for skin and wound healing. I've had an illness that has eaten away at my collagen, aging me like 5 years in the past year

Deca will help your joints bro. Might not effect collagen but it will lube up your joints thus making you feel better.

Could also get on some fish oil also, wont hurt. Certain peptides have been shown to help with joints as well. I'm currently running MK-677 which is apprently supposed to help with joints. Be sure to follow my MK-677 log, just started today.
