When i take gh I inject on either side slightly lower the bellybutton. Switching everday. A few days ago I noticed I have a faint dark spot around each injection with a slight indentation. I've heard gh can have spot fat reduction effects so I'll be adding a few more spots to cover that. But any idea what the dark spots could be? They don't hurt, so Idt it's bruising..

I get bruising as you described from slins if I move the needle around inadvertently or just happens.

If you use the same needle a few times it dulls and tears the skin as it's going in, that might cause it. Use fresh sharp needle each time and see if it still happens.Comment
