    Bouncers TB-500 Log

Gonna run TB-500 at 2mg every 5 days for the first month and then 2mgs every 7 days thereafter. From what I've read it seems to take about 3 weeks for the effects to start being seen.

Goal is to help with some injuries in my back/shoulder area. I'm not expecting a miracle but if it helps a little bit I'll be pleased.

I'll update the log once every 10 days or whenever there is something interesting to report. I will have a clear answer by the end of this log if TB-500 is worth it or not. Be sure to check back.

Cool. Ive heard good things about it, will be nice to see an actual log done properly on it. I wonder if it helps joint pain, which i have unfortunately...and deca or any nandrolone gives me gyno so deca for joint support is out of the question

Better that way. Deca doesn't actually heal the injury it just masks the pain. People train harder cause they feel less pain but when you come off the deca the injury is still there and perhaps worse. Tb-500 may have real healing capabilities.

I disagree with that. Deca actually has regenerative properties that can help heal injuries. Used it for a chest injury years ago. Just reped the bar during the cycle. When I came off. The pain was gone

Muscle yes but i am of the opinion connective tissues no. I think you can find studies either way but here are 3 showing how it doesn't help.
This study states that AAS use decreases MMP2, which is needed for tendon remodeling:
Matrix metallopeptidase 2 activity in tendon regio... [Eur J Appl Physiol. 2008] - PubMed result

This study uses nandrolone on rabbits and they found that the NO steroid group recovered better:
The effect of local use of nandrolone decanoate on... [J Invest Surg. 2010] - PubMed result

This study shows that nandrolone causes susceptibility to tendon rupture:
Biomechanical responses of different rat tendons t... [Scand J Med Sci Sports. 2010] - PubMed result

Many bodybuilders and athletes tend to injure themselves while on androgens including deca and the use of deca is not an fda approved method for repair to ligaments and tendons.

            DAY 1

Arrived today, took my first shot just now. Not expecting much to happen for the first 3 weeks to a month. Any improvement in pain before then will sure be a welcome bonus.

I got 10 bottles which will last me 2 months. I'll know by the end of this 2 month trial if this stuff is worth it or not. I've read a lot of logs where people stop updating their logs halfway through, gets pretty annoying. That wont happen here. This log will be clear and to the point with real answers as to whether this stuff is worth it or not.

Next update in 10 days. Stay tuned.

              DAY 3

I wish more was known about TB-500 and how it works. I know the genreal consensus is that it takes 3-5 weeks to really start working it's magic with it's healing effects. But I also know there is a separate quicker acting effect relating to it's anti inflammation properties. Maybe this side kicks in faster?

I hesitate to post this because it's so soon but I woke up this morning with considerably less pain then I have in a long time. I understand the drug hasn't even come close to kicking in yet but I do wonder about the separate anti inflammatory effect kicking in much quicker. Something like an injectable ibuprofen type deal.

Just thought I'd log it but I do want to stress that this could also be a complete coincidence and have nothing to do with TB-500. The only way to know is if I continue to feel better. I'll keep updating when there is anything to report.

I used it a year ago for 3 months and was hoping it would help with some forearm and pain in my achilles. It did help with the pain in my achilles but didn't do anything for my forearm. Anxious to see your results.

So in a nutshell, it's a healing drug? Yea I'm all set. It's so hard to fathom taking something to speed up the healing process when I'm not a pro athlete, it's ok if I take an extra day in recovering. I'll keep my stuff simple, clean ass diet, Pharma grade test and intense training.

healing of injury dipshit. what does a pro athlete have to do with anything? were not talking about healing of muscle tissue after a workout. were talking about the healing of tendon, ligament, and muscle tissue from an injury that wont heal. use your brain once in awhile rado, your not a dumb person, you just cant be bothered to think sometimes.

So what's your injury that can't take its own course to heal itself?

My question is still the same and I knew it's for injuries. Ok no pro athlete, so why the need to inject some pep to speed up? Stop being so fucking argumentative, it's a valid question, so be an adult and answer it without giving your stupid ass Spartacus responses.

                            Interesting read.

                            Mechanism of Action.

One of*TB500*key mechanisms of action is its ability to regulate the cell-building protein, Actin, a vital component of cell structure and movement. Of the thousands of proteins present in cells, actin represents up to 10% of the total proteins which therefore plays a major role in the genetic makeup of the cell.

This potent peptide is a member of a ubiquitous family of 16 related molecules with a high conservation of sequence and localization in most tissues and circulating cells in the body.*TB500*not only binds to actin, but also blocks actin polymerization and is the actin-sequestering molecule in eukaryotic cells.

TB500*was identified as a gene that was up-regulated four-to-six fold during early blood vessel formation and found to promote the growth of new blood cells from the existing vessels. This peptide is present in wound fluid and when administered subcutaneously, it promotes wound healing, muscle building and speeds up recovery time of musclesfibres*and their cells.

An additional key factor of*TB500*is that it promotes cell migration through a specific interaction with actin in the cell*cytoskeleton. It has been demonstrated that a central small amino acid long-actin binding domain has both blood cell reproduction and wound healing characteristics. These characteristics are uncovered by accelerating the migration of endothelial cells and*keratinocytes. It also increases the production of extracellular matrix-degrading enzymes.

Research confirms that*TB500*is a potent, naturally occurring wound repair factor with anti-inflammatory properties.TB500*is different from other repair factors, such as growth factors, in that it promotes endothelial and*keratinocytemigration. It also does not bind to the extracellular matrix and has a very low molecular weight meaning it can travel relatively long distances through tissues.

Ordered another 2 month cycle of TB-500. Still dealing with some issues in upper back area. Last time I ran tb-500 it helped more than anything I've ever used so I figured I'd give it another run and see what's what. Gonna run 2.5mgs every 7 days.

Had heard that bpc-157 was even better but that was not the case for me. I noticed nothing at all in terms of pain relief or healing.

I'll update as I notice anything.
