Ultimate Healing Log - Using TB-500 and Deca to heal injuries.

So I'm currently running logs on the individual compounds but I wanted to create a "super" thread to pull it all together. The 1 main goal is to heal/fix an injury I've been dealing with for a long time.

I realize that by using 2 compounds at one time makes each individual log a bit irrelevant because I wont know exactly what is doing what. Because of that I am going to end the individual logs and merge them into 1 super log here.

Just to catch everyone up, here are a few links to older threads that have brought us up to the point of creating this "super thread". All of the following threads will now be updated in this super thread instead of being updated individually.

    The injury thread: http://www.superiormuscle.com/forums...lder-pain-help

    The Deca thread: http://www.superiormuscle.com/forums...se-deca-joints

    The TB-500 Log: http://www.superiormuscle.com/forums...ers-tb-500-log

Current dose of TB-500 is 2mg E5D, have been running now for 2 weeks.

Current dose of Deca is 75mgs E4D (130mgs per week), just started this week. It's low dose but the idea is to benefit from the therapeutic properties of deca while avoiding the negative side effects.

This Log will be updated on Sept 1st by which point I will have been using these compounds for roughly a month giving them some time to work their magic. Fingers crossed!

    UPDATE

Just wanted to give a little update on the TB-500 before the deca even kicks in. (Deca Started last week)

Started the TB-500 3 weeks ago and I'm a bit hesitant to post this for fear of jinxing myself but I must say, compared to when I started I am in substantially less pain. This is not a pain that was getting better on it's own, believe me, Iv'e been dealing with this for years. It's still the same kind of pain it's just that it has come down a few notches in intensity. Fingers crossed that I can continue to make progress with this and even more so when the deca kicks in. If it continues like this I will be ecstatic.

    Next update in 2 weeks.

The tb500 has anti inflammatory properties that def would give you the relief you are experiencing. I used it to help with a shoulder injury and one of the biggest benefits it gave me was what you are experiencing.
I was doing physical therapy and the relief it gave allowed me to be much more effective in my pt , which definitely accelerated my healing.
I was about as skeptical as you can be with a substance but ultimately tb won me over. I hope it does the same for you. Ill be following along closely. Best of luck man.

Good to hear bro. So much bs with 90% of these peptides I didn't have high hopes but the feedback is promising and so far so good. Pain robs you of life that's for sure.

It sure does. I was in a spot where my doc said I was going to have to have surgery and the recovery would be around 9 months,. I asked if I could just continue to try with PT and he begrudgingly said ok. Thats when I added in TB500 and in about 12 weeks I felt great. Actually I felt great in about 8 but was fully recovered in 12.

I felt anti inflammatory effects fairly quickly.. Some pain relief within first 2 weeks or so. Slight progress by week 4. By weeks 5-6 I knew it was working and by week 8 I was really convicted, surprised to be honest, and happy I made the financial investment. It was then I had a feeling I might not need this surgery and I was really, really doing well. By 12 I was awesome and had not only range of motion but the majority of my strength back.
Thats probably the best timeline breakdown I can give you.

                  UPDATE

Been on the TB-500 a month now. Deca was started almost 3 weeks ago.

Got one of the best workouts I've had in years yesterday. Did some movements that would have caused me a lot of pain over the last few years. Was able to do it yesterday without issues. This is no coincidence trust me. I can say without out a shadow of a doubt that I would not be able to do the same movement 1 month ago without a lot of pain.

Still having muscle knot issues in the upper mid back but I can manage those with a foam roller. I believe the muscle knot issues are a response to whatever I did to injure to area in the first place. Hopefully the knots will stop once the problem area is helped along more and soothed by the tb-500/deca combo.

I would say my average pain level is about 50% better then it was 1 month ago when I started TB-500. Again, this is no placebo effect or situation where the area would have healed on its own. I lived with this pain for YEARS. It was not getting better.

I honestly didn't have high hopes that tb-500 would do much of anything but I am pleasantly surprised just how well it has worked in such a short period.

I have 1 more months supply but if I need to order more to extend this I absolutely will. My hope is that i will continue to see the same kind of progress that I've seen in the past month. Especially now that the deca is kicking in.

I'm not completely "cured" as of right now but a 50% reduction in pain in a 1 month period is pretty god damn amazing if you ask me. Especially considering how long I've been dealing with this issue.

Will update again in 2 weeks.

That's good to hear. Is tb-500 supposed to be permanent fixes or is it only effective as long as you are using it? If it is only while using it, can you take it for extended periods of time?

From what I understand, once you have releif from the initial injury you can run a maintaince dose of once or twice per month.

Yeah I ran a log on this year's back when it was fresh out. It certainly dud something to help my shoulder it was definitely noticeable but the stuff is expensive for what it does

Yea, I'm gonna have to order more. I was using it E5D and it did seem to be helping. I would say there was a 30-40% improvement in how I felt. But because of price I switched over to every 10 days to make it last longer and I'm not seeing the same kind of improvement as E5D.

                            2 MONTH UPDATE

To put it simply, I'm training harder then I have in a long time. I'm still having issues with tight muscles in my upper back when I'm not in the gym but in the gym I'm able to do things that were almost impossible due to pain just 2 months ago.

Dosing has changed from when I started. Currently running tb-500 @ 2mg E10D due to trying to make it last. I plan on upping this dose a bit to E7D. Trying to find that perfect balance between cost effectiveness and optimal results.

Had to lower the deca a bit due to nip sensitivity. Currently running 75mgs E5D which comes out to 100mgs per week. This low dose seems to be the perfect balance for me. No more nip issues and still getting the therapeutic effect. Joints feel like I'm 12 years old. Didn't realize I had any sort of joint issues before but god damn deca lubes them right up, feels great.

Worst side effect: I can't sleep. I'm typing this at 4am West Coast time and I'm wide awake. I can't prove this but my theory is that it's the TB-500 causing this. It's healing ability somehow has sped up my recovery time and thus I sleep for 3-4 hours and I jump out of bed completely recharged despite killing myself in the gym and doing 4-5 miles walks per day with the dogs. I don't look tired, I don't feel tired, I simply don't need more hours then 3-4 per night due to the tb-500 which is annoying. I go to bed around midnight and I'm up every day around 4am and somehow my energy level doesn't fade all day long.

So far I'm very pleased with the results but yea the sleep thing is a bit of an issue. Not enough to make me stop though. I want to see just how far I can push the healing/recovery of the original injury/tightness. So far so good.

                            Will update in a month.

How can you fairly assess the tb500 while running deca?
