  • PCT / Sperm Count

Hello all. Last month I went to get a sperm analysis done and although not surprising, but still upsetting, the test came back as zero. I have been on a blast/cruise for the past 26 months as I bodybuild and powerlift. I was seeing tons of early success in both sports so extended my cycle way longer than I should have. Sponsors pressured me to keep competing and like an idiot I did. I first ran a normal pct of hcg (2weeks) & clomid/nolva for additional 30 days - this obviously did not do the trick. I have currently been off for 3 months.

My wife and I think it is time we start a family. Starting last week I have started a new protocol to raise my sperm count...
    3xs a week 1000iu HCG
    3xs a week 75iu HMG
    ED 50mgs Clomid
    Arimidex

Would love to hear some input or similar situations. Thanks.

I would say if that new protocol doesn't do it then you may be screwed bro. Sorry to say but decisions like that can have long term, life changing effects that you should have known about prior to making the decision to cruise that long.

Yea everything looks in order bro, not sure what else I could add to it. You've done your research so only thing left is to give it a go.

        Nix the ai (dex).
Run your HCG and HMG together for 5 weeks with no serm. Then run just HMG with clomid ADN nolva So here you go:

        Weeks 1-5:
        HCG 1000iu's-3x/week
        HMG 75iu's-3x/week
        Week 6
        HMG 75iu's-3x/week
        Clomid 100mgs/day
        Nolvadex 40mg/day
        Weeek 7-10
        HMG 75iu's - 3x/week
        Clomid 50mg/day
        Nolva 20mg/day

That's a lot of hcg. If I take 500 (2x) per week without adex. My nipples feel like they are going to explode by week 3.

Stan don't the dosages seem high? More isn't always better.
That layout looks great though. Nicely done.

            HCG 500iu 2x week
            Clomid 50 e3d's
is what I found fertility clinics were doing. it was a while ago when I researched. Not as aggressive as it should be IMO.

they had guys who ran steroids for 5yrs straight and had kids so hang in there.

Just to give an update the protocol above did the trick. My wife and I are expecting and my sperm analysis results were above average in all categories. In addition to the protocol above I also took a collection of natural vitamins that are known to raise sperm count. If anyone is interested in full protocol I used just let me know and happy to post.

Has anyone else had a sperm analysis? Been thinking of having one done and possibly freezing.

I had one done 2 years ago after coming off a 6 month cycle. They told me my sperm count was that of someone in their 20's. I was actually really surprised since it was 2 months after I finished my pct.
