    hmm hi..im new here..just looking for advice..ive been lurking the boards for a while..so anyway my q is regarding clen. during spring im gonna do a 12 week prep to cut down some bodyfat
    starting at about 14% down to around 7%. i got the diet stapled down. but im trying to get my supp list down(the thermogenic part). im gonna be cycling some ECA's and Clen. along with some lipoderm . this is my first time using clen btw but ive used ECA's in the past . so what are your view on clen to thats thats used it . do you think i should take it yes or no..please give inputs thank you

      Here's how I'd do it if I were a first-time user: Cycle clen and ECA in two week on, two week off format. Each time you do a new two-week cycle of clen...you're gonna up the dose as long as your body can handle it:

      Cycle 1
      week1: 20mcg am, 20mcg mid-afternoon
      week2: 30 mcg am, 20 mcg mid-afternoon

      Cycle 2
      week1: 30mcg am, 20mcg mid-afternoon
      week2: 40mcg am, 20mcg mid-afternoon

      Cycle 3
      week1: 40mcg am, 30mcg mid-afternoon
      week2: 50mcg am, 30mcg mid-afternoon

      That should be plenty of clen for a first-timer.

          Well i have takin clen many different ways....and the best way by far that i found are 21 days on 21 days off then 21 days back on...

          In the off days take a ECA stack....

          Tabs per day of regular clen

          333444555666555444333

          21 days off

          then back on....this time you may have to up the dose alittle like stated above.

                another q. should it be taken before workouts like an eca. and when i take it should it be taken on an empty stomach? or it doesnt really matter?

                  No...do it as soon as you wake up...and then again in the mid-afternoon.
