  • something weird is happening

For the past 4 days I havent been able to stop eating or training.
I dont know what it is.

Firstly I train at about 5 am each morning and do between 45-60mins of weights followed by 45mins of cardio normally Im absolutely hammered and the rest of the day im useless. But recently by about midday Ive got so much energy I'll go for a run at lunch then go back and do more weights at night.

With eating I cant stop if i dont eat every hour i get light headed and feel like passing out. Im still eating clean but i swear I'm eating 2kgs of food a day and Im constantly thirsty.

Nothing has changed in my cycle its still the same doses and brand/supplier.

and I dont have the muscle mass or physique to support the need for the food im eating.

any ideas what it could be? a guy i sometimes train with said it might be diabetes which has me freaked out obviously

I think when people hear "excessive thirst" they jump to the diabetes conclusion. But generally, the symptoms of diabetes would include drowsiness/lethargy, not bursts of energy. Another big one is a sudden weight loss.

Do you get bloodwork done regularly?

Just one of those random things probably.

Every once in awhile I will be more hungry then other days despite eating and training exactly the same. Same thing with energy levels etc.. I wouldn't worry about it unless things get worse or you start putting on fat etc..

        hmm ok thanks.

FB: no dont get bloods done. Ive got a fear of needles in veins. weird I know but anything to avoid it i will.

ill keep watching out but seem to be dropping BF like crazy so whatever it is im happy as long as its not diabetes.

I hear ya Henry. To this day I cannot watch anyone on TV get a needle in a vein let alone in real life!

You guys scared of needles in veins need to grow up. They can literally save your life. If you live this lifestyle and don't get check checkups your an idiot.

Although I don't speak as harshly, I have to agree with the man. Henry, you're young, and it's "probably nothing", but don't ever turn a blind eye because of something so small ("I don't like needles"). It's not like it's super painful, just don't watch!
