IF you are allready into a cycle and your gyno is flaring up then I would recommend nolva to take it down first. . .kick in either arimidex or another product that stops conversion at the same time but for immediate stoppage of the gyno problem nolva is in my book the better choice as the conversion blocking drugs will do nothing with the estro already in the mix:)

Our letrozole is fast acting 2 days should stop any flare up....Many people have had it reverse prexisting gyno......the Novla has great reviews too......Comment

If you go the nolva route hit 20mg am and 20pm for 2 days then 10mg am and 10pm til it subsides. . .I would go .5mg EOD of the arimidex but it depends on how much gear you are on. . .Comment
