Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) Question on Steroid Cycle

Currently on 525mgs of test and 100mgs of Deca per week and I cannot sleep more then 2-3 hours at a time as a side effect of the cycle.

As you may or may not know, benadryl is the same shit that's in zzzquil only zzzquil is sold for a much higher price because people are stupid.

Anyway, I've been taking 3 before bed for the last 2 nights and I have slept better than I have in the past 3 months. A full 6-7 hours which is amazing for me.

Is there a down side to this? Any sides specifically related to its combination with my cycle? I know its a histamine blocker so I don't know if that has some sort of negative effect or interaction.

No clue brother. Might be a good question to ask a doc leaving out the AAS use. Find out what the negatives from prolonged use are and add them to what the AAS negatives are to see if it's worth it or dangerous.
