I haven't seen the last few videos so I don't know. I'll probably catch up soon. The last one I saw he said he was 307 and his neck looked thick as fuck while he was training. Wish he would record himself stepping on the scale. His physique shape makes it difficult to see the difference on camera.

Still though, the fact that a "real iconic" bodybuilder has taken notice and has gone after Rich gives Rich a certain credibility. If Rich was a nobody Gary wouldn't be taking the time to address him. Gary clearly feels threatened on some level by Rich. If someone is a nobody you pay them no attention at all. Rich clearly has the attention of Gary.. Truth
