  • First Ever 700mg Steroid Cycle

    First time ever my total mgs per week add up to 700mgs per week. My highest dose since I started AAS. Gonna be running this through summer with strict chicken and oats diet and 30 min cardio 5 days per week post workout. Should allow me to hold more size with same low bf% I've had in the past.

    Been bulking with higher calories since October and I plan on keeping calories high until Feb 1st. Basically 4 months of bulking over the holidays/cooler weather and 8 months of clean eating during the warm season.

    My current goal is 225lbs below 10%. I'm at that weight now but probably closer to 15%.

    375mgs Test E5D = 525mgs per week

    125mgs Deca E5D = 175mgs per week

    Total per week = 700mgs

    .30mg Adex ED

                        229lbs today. The weight wont go much higher than that though. It will probably drop a bit now. Clean eating and cardio will keep that limited. The goal is not to gain anymore weight but to be as lean as I was last year but 10-15lbs heavier. I think that's pretty damn good progress if I can do it. 10-15lbs of muscle in a year.

                        Hoping the increased doses over last year will allow me to hold onto and sustain that extra size on restricted cals and cardio.

                          Question, if I'm 15-16% bf @ 229 what will I weigh at 10%? I forget how to go about figuring that out?

                              Bah, I wanna be 225 @ 10%. I guess this won't be a matter of diet or training but simply finding out the dosage I need to be at to achieve that goal.

                              I don't mean that to sound like I'm just depending on drugs. Just that my diet and training are already pushing the limits for me. I'm at a point where I feel I've maxed out everything aside from AAS which I have kept very low for longer than most people.
