Traps/Lats....really hard to pick one being better.

I can post pics on all areas bro if needed, I don't mind.

IMO those are the easiest to do with very minimal veins to rupture.

Have you tried other areas? I'm sure you have scar tissue galore. This is why I've done other areas. And I still can feel the scar tissue

I just started delts about 6 months ago. Did glutes and quads most of my life. Scar tissue in quads for sure. Hoping slin pins in delts don't cause as much scar tissue.

I haven't done calfs recently, just been lazy and I forget who's next to be pinned lol...quads and glutes seem to be the norm followed by delts.
