To anwser your question I wouldnt reccomend winny alone...or even with 250 mg enathate at that matter.

There is no reason to take only 250mg of test. That is close to what your body produces on it own. Take at least 750mg. Also i have done winny alone many times an i love the results. Make sure you take 50mg a day though. It will give you great strength gains. Good luck...
