I powerlifted for a couple of years, drug free oddly, and am interested in what a solid program would be for someone in the off season. Someone once told me this one:
-150mg test propionate daily
-50mg dianabol AND anadrol daily(supposed to be a "no-no" to use together)
And then you do a 12 week pre-meet routine on creatine..
I never used it but the guy held world records at 220 in the squat and dead(777 I think). This was in the early '90s. Anyone else know of anything like that?
