#2. Is there some new approach that I'm not aware of that says GH after a workout will help you heal better? I was under the impression that GH first thing in the morning and mid-after noon will be sufficient to cause healing and rejuvenation. In other words, it's not like something like slin where you take a shot and get immediate effect within minutes. If there is a new approach to GH timing and use I'd like to hear about it.

hmm, well our blood sugar is lowest first thing in morning and directly after a workout BEFORE we take in carbs or protein. So wouldn't that mean that you should take your PWO gh before intake of protein and carbs? seems like it would work on paper, not sure about real world though ya know? obviously that would mean you wouldn't be able to have that PWO shake directly after workout.Originally posted by Mr I View PostMy understanding is you get more igf response in a low blood sugar environment.

So all thinks considered I thought; take fast sugar and hydro whey straight pwo. Wait an hour then gh?

Considering all options, I'd stick to first thing in morning and late after noon about 2-3 hours after a meal. 1 hour after a shake or a meal just isn't long enough brother. I think you'd have the most GH in your system and the highest peaks by doing it this way rather than trying to squeeze a shot in only an hour after a shake.
The only way a PWO shot makes sense is if you skip the PWO shake altogether which isn't optimal either.
