  • steroids and BMI

I'm interested in improving my BMI... I'm at 47 and need to get down below 40. I am considering an 8 week run on tren(100 mg 3 X weekly) or 8 weeks on t3(100mcg), clen(80mcg) and winstrol (30 mg)tabs... Or just stay clean on a good cardio and machine circuit training... Has anyone tried to improve their bodyfat/BMI using steroids? Any other ideas I should consider?

Tren, clen, t3 and Winny will certainly aid you in burning fat, no doubt about that. Couple that with diet and cardio and you should be able to reach any bodyfat goal you aim for.

The gear will certainly help, but like Bouncer said your diet and training have to be on point too.

My advice would be to get your diet in check and be consistent with it, along with training, then consider the gear. Many times I've seen guys go for the gear and their training and nutrition is shit.

My bet is that if you get the basics down first, you probably won't even need the gear.

BTW, according the BMI calculator I'm at 34.7 and classified as "Obese Class 1" LOL. Of course this doesn't take into account muscle mass, but I thought it was funny. I could stand to lose body fat though. I got the diet down, now I just need to incorporate some cardio and cut out the beer on the weekends. First world problems.

You are going to need to monitor your blood pressure closely. I would think you should stay away from eq because it raises your red blood cell count and thickens your blood.

I think I remember you mentioning you are older, you should talk to a doc about getting on trt.

Also, do cardio but you don't have to do it for hours upon hours, lifting weights is a better use of your time. It increases your metabolism in several ways.

Asking a doctor if you should get on cattle steroids seems like an exercise in futility, they're just going to say no. But if you get annual physicals with bloodwork it should serve as a personal safety benchmark. These drugs are not "real" pharmaceuticals, they are essentially street drugs, so there is risk when you take them. Solid advice on the weight training though, thanks!

There are a bunch of guys on this board that are on trt and suppliment with ugl products. Having a doctor monitor you is icing on the cake.

I'm monitored by my doc for my TRT and I use underground. I just told him that I'm being treated by a TRT clinic and they send me the vials, but that I need my doctor to monitor my blood. So, I get blood work done every 3 months like clockwork. Definitely doable. Prescription test is pretty expensive and they give you just enough, which turns out to be less than what you need.
