Low testosterone and puffy nipples

Hi guys, I'm 24 years old.
In the last 4 years my energy and libido drastically decresed. Now I've no morning woods, almost zero libido and energy, foggy brain, headaches, impaired concentration, dry skin.
Despite exercise and diet it's hard to keep a low body fat, as I had in the past, especially around the waist .
I've also puffy nipples (doctors and echography says it is not true or false gynecomastia, because echo and manual examination has not detected fat or gland (lump), however the nipples behave like girls nipples, the are swollen and they shrink with clutch or cold returning to a normal male nipples).
I checked Liver, kidney, thyroid, adrenal but It' all perfectly healthy.
So I carried out the testing for testoretone. It was pretty low, but my testicle are perfect (pretty big according to the doctor and no malfuncton detected by echography).

Hormones:
ACTH 21pg/ml (normal value 4,7-48,8)
FSH 4,3 mUI/ml (normal value 1-18)
LH 6,4 mUI/ml (normal value 0,8-7,6)
17-beta Estradiol 33,8 pg/ml (normal value <39,8)
Prolactin 10 ng/ml (normal value 2,7-18)
Testosterone 245 ng/dl (normal value 241-827)
DHT 636 pg/ml (normal value 250-990)
Urinal Cortisol (24h) 88 ug/24h (normal value 7-96)
Cortisol (at 12am) 22,4 (normal value 4,3 - 22,4)

I never use steroids, but this forum is very knowledgeable on hormones.
I don't know the causes and even my doctor is doubtful, maybe a combination of stress and sedentary life, due to university studies. Is it possible?
How can I increase testosterone and maybe eliminate these puffy nipples that are very unsightly? I thought about Clomid, or is a bad idea?

Welcome.

You need to start with a good diet and regular exercise. We can guide you there but the roids have to come after that has come together. Learn how to manage your stress because that is a big contributor. I'm sure your feeling depressed too? The typical regimen 200-250mg of Test every 2 weeks. We (bodybuilding community) will usually do 250mg every week 5-6 days. Lot of experts here on that topic.

Your numbers aren't horrible I don't think they even consider replacement therapy unless your under 200 (I think).

Clomid will get you in 500-900 range believe it or not. 25-50mg EOD. I would take Arimidex (adex) every 2-3 days also .25mg's.

it will fix the ratio between test and estrogen. even if test is technically not low and estrogen is technically not high the ratio can still be wrong for a high sex drive, fat burning environment.

its a liquid, it comes with a little dropper that you can measure with. it's not injectable so dont worry, you take it orally just like you would a pill. Take it everyday and be consistant and you should see results in 7-10 days.

agree with jack though I wouldn't use clomid. adex has been shown to increase test levels (slightly) and lower estro levels. Just what this guy needs. I feel like the potential for sides from clomid may make things worse.

actually adex seems more safe and appropriate for my problem
so, which doses? every 2-3 days .25mg's? how long?

.25mgs everyday for as long as it takes. I would imagine that by the time you're done the bottle your problem will be gone.

Liquidex seems perfect, but I'm Italian. I know that the customs will not make enter the package in Italy. It has already rejected and sent back some friend's boxs from rui-products.
Are there any european alternative?
Is it the same if I split the Arimidex pill in four?

Yea you could try to split the pull in 4. I doubt you will be able to cut it evenly though.
