Really contemplating running some clen. I'm currently 190 about 18-20% bf I plan on running the typical two weeks on two weeks off. I might up my trt dose from 145 mg to 250mg. Any thoughts and opinions would be appreciated.

Clen is horrible(heart issues) and you should try a better diet. Not being an ass but even if you were to take clen, your diet and training needs to be right, not half assed. Clen works great believe me it does. But this is also when someone does their due diligence on diet and training. And I'm sure you're not competing, so why not have a better eating regimen?
You're prbably going to run it anyway, but just some advice. Wish more would concentrate on proper eating to maintain a good body structure.

I personally don't care for clen. Too many problems with it in my experience. I had headaches and trouble sleeping with it.
At 190 and your body fat being that high, I would have to assume your diet isn't that great. If your diet is shit, and your run something like clen, then you'll still have issues when you get off the clen with a shitty diet.

Im trying to figure out how to post a picture, but I'm not having any luck I might be under 18% bf. No my diet is not perfect but I will get it dialed in. Since you guys think clen isn't a good idea. What about test cyp 400mg a week and 60mg of anavar ed?

Why don't you try dieting right first? What exactly does "dialed in" mean? Btw test and var are great together. When I see members type this kind of stuff and I see your stats, to me that tells me you're lazy.
Most will take an easy way out rather than putting some effort into eating better. ...it all starts there; eat right then follow.
Proper eating trumps everything

Bro you gotta take your training and diet seriously before worrying about chemicals.
I'd say your initial estimate was about right.
You could do so much with just a good diet and training regimen. It's a shame your first thought is chemicals.

If it were me I'd increase clean cals and train hard and heavy. Put on a little muscle and his metabolism will take care of things.

Post a log for yourself, and be honest. ...Bouncer and myself have some food threads on here, check them out...some of us here eat pretty well and a few eat pretty clean.
