Should I or should I not run clen??

      On and off since I was 20 I'm 25 now. I plan on getting serious with it but I won't use any chemicals for a long time. Your opinions on training bouncer should I go as heavy as I can for 8-12 reps?

        Heavy as you can but without cheating and swinging.

        Eat a lot but eat a lot of clean cals. Chicken, eggs, tuna, beef, oats, rice. Cardio 20 minutes post workout brisk walk on slight incline.

            All about consistency though brother. Anyone can do it here or there. Anyone can eat a certain way 25% of the time. What makes the big difference is day in and day out. 5-6 meals a day, doing what it takes.

              Post a log for yourself, and be honest. ...Bouncer and myself have some food threads on here, check them out...some of us here eat pretty well and a few eat pretty clean. I'd say just wait till summer, lose a bit of fat, eat better and then start a test cycle and keep it low.

              Thanks for all of advice bro I will take diet a lot more serious training as well.

                        CLEN is actually banned in China, so unless you have a reputable source you're probably getting a cocktail concoction that will put you on the verge of a heart attack in most cases. Im inclined to agree with everyone else who is telling you to steer clear.

                        This is a little bit of an old school, mild approach - but I like half a bronkaid, 100mg caffeine and 81mg baby aspirin pre workout. No stimulants.

                            When you decide you're ready I'd choose winstrol over clen. I can not stand clen! The muscle cramps are horrible! Recently I was taking helios which is injectable clen, I got a huge cramp in my hamstring and it made my whole body tighten up! That caused a cramp in my abs to go along with the one in my hamstring. I really felt like crying....lol

                            Just stay away from clen.... :)
