I just joined the forum in hope to get some confirmation/answers to my situation.
First of all let me apologize for my bad grammar and english in advance,it is not my native language.
I will try to make this as short and clear as possible.
Am 22 years old,been training martial arts,athelethics,gong to gym for 6 years now,hardcore aswell
I have been training for 5-7 hours my last 4 years,i would do stepping(that is was its called in mma)in the morning,running stretching and footwork,then i would hit the gym for strenght and conditioning,rest eat sleep and do my nighty mma session.i was tired and overtrained,but since i did not work until last 2 years i was able to recover and train,feel good and see unbelieveble changes duo to strict dieting and many hours of sleep.So i hit the semi pro/pro level at age of 19.i was international champion in taekwondo and muay thai,aswell as mma champ in my country 19 years limit.The thing is in my country this kind of sports are faiirly underrated in the begginings of pro level,no sponsors verx expensive trips around europe,equipments,nutrition etc.i did some seminars and did training classes but that was hardly enought,so i had to get a real job,since my education is not high i am currently working at a sawmill.i am despertly in need for money to support my family duo to hard times and slump in my country,and to support myself in my goals of keeping the pro status.The problem is i am doing very very hard manual labor.I carry planks anywhere from 20 to 300 kilos(we are 2 when the big ones are carried) for 8 hours straight.my fingers and hands are sore all the time wich makes my boxing very hard,since my shoulder joint and wrist,fingers can not recover in time.i am constantly very overtrained since i still am doing strenght and conditioning 3 times a week and nightly mma session every day.You need to understand for me to be able to maintain my skill and improve i need to train every day.I feel like shit,my libido droped,am mascular for my size,but feel weak,no motivation,i think it is duo to severe overtraining and lack of sleep,my nutrition is on point.but still it is not enough.
So as many of my pro friends,i was thinking to use testosterone to aid in my recovery and strenght,and all around well being,i whant to feel the energy of life and be motivated and focused like i used to be.
I simply can not allow myself to train less,or quit this job,so i can not take more recovery time etc.
There is no testing in any pro organization in my country right now,and those very few elite ones that do test,their testing is very fakeable.I plan to do this only so long until i hit some sponsorship and can support myself money wise strictly from thesport.I wasnt competining in some time duo to feeling like crap all the time,i have no confidence and no desire to compete and get bloody anymore....
My goal here is a testosterone only based cycle,i am 5 feet 9 and 77 kilo,i am competining in 70 and 72 kg weight classes.I do not whant any water bloat or huge muscle gain,i would be willing to gain 3-5 kilos,since muscle is mostly water i can drop the water weight for competition.
But most importantly,i whant a small but effective dose so i feel great again,my joints and muscles can recover,and for my libido to come back.....(my girlfriend noticed it aswell lately).
I was planing on doing 250 mg of test originally,but most people say i need to do at leas 500 of test,since on 100mg the ester is only 70 mg pure test,so 500 would give me around 350 weekly.I also though on doing arimidex 0.5 ED to stop the water bloat,but i do not whant to lower my estrogen to low since it is important part of hormone balance and it affects libido.I also though about using proviron for extra hardness,also i was saw studies wich say proviron is very good with any cycle for health.
I will also post some pictures to insure you guys that i am in shape,and that my diet and everything else in on point,i just can not recover since am always tearing myself up.
So bottom line,a simple test based ccle with arimidex and proviron,for muscle revocery,well being,mental boost,libido stabilization,and focus,3-5 kg of pure muscle gain with minimal water retention.Very important part of this,very minimal water retention and max lean tissue gain.Any advice?Also i am well aware tha i am way to young to take test,but am talking about a 3-5 years window for me to get somewhere in this sport...it is all in or nothing for me right now.
