    I liked tb-500 better.

    GH better than both.

Deca also better than both in terms of joint comfort.

    How did this go?

I've been doing site injections 500mcg, 2x/day on my lower back and the improvement was immediate and significant. I was wearing a waist band at work and taking a muscle relaxant, naproxen, and tylenol to get through the days. After one site injection of 500mcg I didn't need to take any pills the next morning. On the second morning I pretty much bounced out of bed not feeling injured at all.

I've just finished my first 5mg bottle with only minor tightness and spot pain in my lower back where I must have torn the muscle, but I was so impressed that I've ordered 10 more bottles and will be attacking my injuries one at a time.

I'm guessing that you made no further posts here because 250mcg/day wasn't working? My impression is that that's too low a dose.

Now this is interesting. Just took second shot since bumping dose to 375mcg. Yesterday I got a slight headache and slight queasy feeling about 10 minutes after shot. I figured it wasn't related to shot so I didn't mention it. But the same thing has just happened today. This never happened at the 250mcg dose. Something different is happening at least. Lol.

    UPDATE:

Those of you who are following my MK-677 log know I have found a use for BPC-157 in that it seems to amplify the effects of MK-677. But that's not the point of this log. This log is supposed to be about healing. In that sense I have found bpc-157 to be worthless. TB-500 is far better when it comes to healing IMO.

BUT, it order to give BPC-157 the best chance possible I have decided to up the dose from 250mcg per day to 375mcg per day. Hell, if anything maybe it will make the MK-677 work even better. :D

I'll update if there is anything significant.

Not sure bro. If I were gonna pick one I'd go with TB-500. I had a good experience with that. Shame it's so much more expensive.

Going to change things up a bit. Instead of shooting 250mcg per day I'm going to shoot 500mcg EOD. The idea being that I get a bigger spike after injection. Will update in a week.

    UPDATE

Might have spoke to soon. I'm gonna give this stuff another month just to be absolutely sure. It's possible that it takes some time to build up in the system as I've read in a few studies. Been feeling better the last few days but that could be many things. Not giving credit to BPC but I want to be sure I'm not ending it right as it's starting to work. Will update in 2 weeks.

Ineffective. It's doing nothing at all for me. TB-500 was far more effective, shame TB is so much more expensive.

nah I dont think so. the aim of this particular log was to see if it's systematic or local. my theory was that it's similar to tb-500 in that tb is systamatic. bpc-157 though does not seem to be effective systematically.

i'll update when i start shooting it local at the pain site. if no change there than I'll be more willing to label in junk.

    3 Week Update

Nothing to report guys. No Effect. Starting to believe that it is probably not systematic and must be injected near the site of pain.
