I have decided to start perticipating in weight lifting competitions. I have looked at the results of the competitions around me and I will probably place in most but I need to gain a couple hundred pounds on my total to ensure victory.
The problem comes in where I am not happy with my current bf%. In order to loose fat I need a calorie deficit but in order to gain strength on my lifts I need ample energy and elevated hormone levels to best utilize that energy. I am currently taking 375mg of test d and 100 mg of deca e5d.
I have been reading into hgh frag 176-191; it has some mixed reviews. Some people love it, others say it is simply a placebo effect; that our bodies are not as suseptible to the peptide as the mice were in the studies.
Tonight I am going to buy a months worth of hgh frag 176-191 dosed at 500mcg pre fasted cardio 5 days a week.
I am scheduling an apt to get my bf% from a BOD POD, I will also take tape measurements and caliper measurements. My training will remain the same.
My TDEE estimates are between 3300 calories and 4000 calories a day, I will up my calorie intake to the lowest TDEE estimate of 3300 calories with a macro breakdown of 206g of carbs, 147g of fat and 289g of protein.
Next week before I increase my calories I will record my max on bench, deads and squat.
Possible interference in the results is I have just started taking the probiotic Vsl#3 and lactobacillus gasseri which have been shown to decrease bf in studies.
