  • Hgh frag 176-191 trial

I have decided to start perticipating in weight lifting competitions. I have looked at the results of the competitions around me and I will probably place in most but I need to gain a couple hundred pounds on my total to ensure victory.

The problem comes in where I am not happy with my current bf%. In order to loose fat I need a calorie deficit but in order to gain strength on my lifts I need ample energy and elevated hormone levels to best utilize that energy. I am currently taking 375mg of test d and 100 mg of deca e5d.

I have been reading into hgh frag 176-191; it has some mixed reviews. Some people love it, others say it is simply a placebo effect; that our bodies are not as suseptible to the peptide as the mice were in the studies.

Tonight I am going to buy a months worth of hgh frag 176-191 dosed at 500mcg pre fasted cardio 5 days a week.

I am scheduling an apt to get my bf% from a BOD POD, I will also take tape measurements and caliper measurements. My training will remain the same.

My TDEE estimates are between 3300 calories and 4000 calories a day, I will up my calorie intake to the lowest TDEE estimate of 3300 calories with a macro breakdown of 206g of carbs, 147g of fat and 289g of protein.

Next week before I increase my calories I will record my max on bench, deads and squat.

Possible interference in the results is I have just started taking the probiotic Vsl#3 and lactobacillus gasseri which have been shown to decrease bf in studies.

How does this stuff compare to mk-677?

What I have heard from those whom I trust as far as opinions on things is this. This particular gh frag seems to be helpful when your bf is pretty low and you just need to strip last last 1-2%. If your bodyfat is higher they say use of this frag....is well useless.
Im looking forward to hearing your experience with it AF.

Bounce its totally diff than mk. MK is an oral ghrp so it induces the release of GH. HGH frag is an actual fragment of GH that is supposed to be active on its own. It doesnt induce the release of anything. Supposedly it is active in the form that you inject it in. What they did was isolate the part of the GH fragment that induces fat loss and thats what he is using. It sounds really exciting and awesome but thus far real world results dont measure up to the text book potential.

I guess I just meant in terms of results. Which one would be the better choice?

I thought about mk-677 but I've read that it can cause GH bleed which can cause insulin resistance.

I thought that was compensated for by running 5 days on 2 days off?

Because of the long half-life serum GH levels never reach zero while you are on it.

Here's the thing avid. MK-677 seems to have more success stories than this frag does. People don't seem all that impressed with it in logs as much as they do MK-677 so while the literature may sound impressive the feedback isn't brilliant.

I'm noticing that, I'm getting in a powerlifting competition in May and I'm going to up my calories to my TDEE anyway, maybe it will work for me, maybe it won't but I'm still curious. There are no sides and it's injected with an insulin pen so it won't hurt. Even if it doesn't work I will still have a detailed log of my body comp and strength gains from eating at maintenance while on a low dose of test and deca. Worst case I'll be out $40 and I will be able to tell people to avoid hGH frag 176-191.

I went to a suppliment store today and they had a pretty cool bioelectrical impedance machine so I'll just use this as a measure to begin so I don't have to pay for the BOD POD analysis.

"The BOD POD which uses air displacement technology is considered to be the gold standard of body composition measurement. It is as accurate as hydrostatic (underwater) weighing, but quicker and easier to perform. The range of error for this test is ± 1 to 2.7%." It costs a $25 donation plus I have to convince one of the people that know how to work the machine to take the time and do it for me.

The bioelectrical impedance machine at the store I went to has an error range up to around 3%. One of the main things that can throw it off is eating within 4 hours of the test and I had not had any food within that window.

$25 for bod pod is pretty cheap isnt it ? Seems like a steal to me....
