NEED expierenced opinions only..IGF Vs GH

Ive ran GH a number of times before, but the benefits of IGF seem to outweigh the GH....whos used both, and which one would you stick with...I need a nice stocking stuffer this xmas

Never used igf-1 but have heard that its not what its cracked up to be. would like to hear from some people that have used it though.

I'm about to start it soon,regular IGF1 is worthless if you are going to do IGF1 then get the LR3(LongR3)version,that is the best stuff around.

There is a ton of info and a lot of bros on beyondmass and musclechemisty that have done it with great results.

it really seems hit or miss....i read how some ppl love it....then some ppl hate it

i am no longer going to listen to what other ppl said so i got 4 mg of the R3 and im going to run 100 mcg ed for 4 weeks....

it will be about another 2 months before i start this but ill make a post about it
