  • Syringe awareness

Pulled a string out of a package today, brand new, and was getting ready to drawl but before I stuck it in the bottle I noticed a really thick oily substance on the rubber plunger. Quite a bit, enough to mix with the oil I would have been drawing.

A Google search said they use silicon to lubricate the rubber. I tossed it but it almost went unnoticed. Just an FYI to be aware of as I'm sure this would have caused some pip. Pics attached.

This one you can see the wisp of the thick oil going from the rubber to the top of the tube.

Wth?!? Never seen that ever and I do happen to always look at my pins, wow....I'd toss them since no return is available. Be safe with that man

Yeah man every other one I've pulled out from this batch has been fine from what I've seen but I'll be looking closer from now on for sure.

Without a tiny bit the plunger won't glide well. They put a bit too much in Chuck's batch.
