I use heat when I do shots, the cyp I got is rough.. :(

I keep an electric heating pad, and IcyHot medicated pads, they're new, you stick 'em to where you need relief.. :)

Ill put a pot of water on the stove....when it gets warm ill toss in a few rags....

ill lay the rags on the area i injected....when the rag cools ill replace it with another one....i do this 2-3 times and i never have any pain the next day

becarefull pulling the rags out of the water cause its fucking hot as hell
