  • Matt Porter - Smaller By The Day

Basically the opposite of Rich Piana. Guy did cycles for years and he documents the effects of coming off and going through the process of PCT. He also added in a calorie restricted diet as he came off. haha

Ended up doing 45 days of PCT and his total serum test level came out to 36. LMAO.

Prop to him for doing it and being able to go through all that shit.

Only possible way I could do it is in winter and I could cover up. I would also increase cals, Definitely not restrict them. I can just imagine the guy puts on one of his shirts and suddenly the thing is just hanging off him. Fuck that mind fuck.

Pharm grade HCG, Clomid, and Nolv prescribed by doctor has not raised his levels at all. 31 years old.. fuck that, time to hop back on the juice and stop fucken around. Goes to show that strong high dose cycles for long periods may just be unrecoverable in terms of natty levels.

6 months and its only declined is not a good sign that my pituitary is signaling any life at all...

Now -- had the HCG + Clomid + Nolvadex PCT protocol my Dr put me on improved my levels from the initial reading and things were functioning slowly but surely,, I would just keep seeing if I can get into a low-normal range.

But the fact that is basically didn't phase me and went even lower tells me why keep spinning my wheels and having "the lights shut off" in my life? Its time to feel human again so to speak.

But looking at the big picture -- even if I did start producing and get into the 300's from my 36, who wants to live at 31 yrs old in the low end of normal and feel crappy?

So we will employ whatever TRT he has in store and HCG and possibly HMG for fertility purposes.

            -Matt
