Just checked out the SM twitter feed. When you tweet, make sure you add @ whatever. Like @kevinlevrone, @ronniecoleman, etc. That way, it shows up on their feed and will get you more followers. Also use hashtags, #bodybuilding, etc. Do some searching to see what hashtags are the most popular relating to lifting, etc. That way, you will increase the feed profile, get more followers etc.
