TRT - Estrogen Balance

I'm thinking I need something to balance estrogen.

Would you guys go with Arimidex or Letrozole? FYI - I have high cholesterol and high blood pressure that I take meds for. That probably matters since I've read they can effect cholesterol levels.

never letro. letro crashes estro to zero. not healthy.

low dose adex .5mgs eod good to go.

what are you on that you need to lower estro?

And both of those liquids mentioned definitely make your lipids worse.

Bouncer - I'm on TRT. about 150mg every 7 days. Test Cyp.

Yea test does increase it. What makes you think your estro is high? Just because you bloat and hold fat, doesn't mean that.

Only way to find out is having blood work done

I take 75mgs of test cyp on Monday and Thursday then I take .25mgs of anastrozole the day after my shots.

If your nips aren't puffy and your sex drive isn't low your estro is fine.

Not necessarily sides. My bw came back a little high so my doc suggested taking .25mgs of anastrozole so I did, honestly thinking about getting off it because I felt better without it.
