  • What type of cycle should I choose

I just got the new Muscular Development and in there it talks about the 3 different types of cycles. The Mass cycle, the cutting cycle, and the comprimise cycle. Ok if I didnt want to blow up huge or cut down with striations, but just wanted to be a little bit past the normal humans physique what are some good cycle combinations. They recommended an eq and dbol cycle. WHat are some other good combinations?

Just a simple low dose test only cycle would be my advice. I don't really like there recommendation.

yep 350-500 of test will do you fine. as far as how much weight you put on just watch the calories close and jump on an anti-aromotase for water weight to be gone. nothing is as cheap and effective.

At a low dose of 300-500mgs, IMO an aromatose inhibitor shouldnt be used.

cant argue with the test. go long ester either cyp or enth. prop would be perfect but you would have to stick ed or eod which if you dont mind the shots and the discomfort prop is my fav. also d-bol will blow you up and eq by itself over 12 weeks will give you a limp pecker. also eq takes a long time to start working.

I was just going on him saying he didn't want to blow up and he wanted to see striations. he could use as little as .25 eod or e3d. but yes he most likely wouldn't need it for gyno purposes.

k u don't want to blow up and you were looking at md for cycle advice, here's my question, what does ur training history look like? and what does ur nutrition look like? I know this should already be in check but i'm curious, also what are ur current stats?

Well I have been training on and off for 9 years. I am 5'9 219. When I say I have been working out off and on, I usually keep all my gains and gain a little bodyfat. When I return to the gym the fat melts like butter and I am usually back to where I left off at. I haven't trained in 3 months but am going back in the next 2 weeks. I plan on training for a month or 2 natural, then do a mild cycle. Like I stated I dont want to blow up huge or anything like that, nor do I want to see those crazy striations. I just want a good cut, muscular physique. Which dont get me wrong, I look good natural. I just want to push the envelope a little further if you know what I mean. I don't plan on competing. This is mainly just recreational.

what should be done is for you start reseacrhing materials related to these cycles you have read about. When you know what they are and understand how they work, and how the will react to the body...thats when you have youre cycle, and thats where we can help crituqe it
