I should have been more clear but this wasn't a question for me but for my lady who can't seem to eat without mary jane's assistance. She has been diagnosed with eating disorders when she was younger. Apparently she doesn't have the mental trigger for appetite like a normal person should. I'm down with MJ but it isn't always feasible to pull out a joint in the middle of a restraunt! Although I should rethink helping her because it saves me money when I take her out to eat!! JK:angel:

b-12 is the best thing I can think of....besides EQ. Just do as everyone says and make sure you train and rest properly. If you aren't doing that then you're appetite will suffer......
