Combining Ralox and Nolva for gyno?

Hello strangers,
Got gyno from my last cycle of test + Tbol and var.
I was fine during the cycle, but found lumps a month after my pct.
Went doctors who confirmed it was mild gyno due to the juice.

The lumps grew to about 2 inches long and
I started taking nolva 20mg everyday and have been doing so for the last two months.
Lumps have shrunk a lot in size.
They're flatter and smaller.

One of my friends suggested I try Ralox cause it's been proven to be better than nolva.

He got me 3 months supply and I've begun to take 60mg in addition to the 20mg nolva since last week.
I've been seeing reduction in both lumps.
I'm also taking quarter tabs of aromasin eod.
Will stop the aromasin after the pack is finished.

My question is this, is combining the Ralox and nolva a bad idea?
Should I taper off the nolva and just stick with
Ralox?

I don't even care about the lumps getting any smaller tbh, it's the nipples which get puffy when they're warm which is doing my nuts in.
When it's cool, my chest and nipples look totally fine.
But as soon as it's a bit warm, the nipples get all puffy and pointy, just straight nasty.


Will the puffiness stop after the lumps are gone?

The puffy nips indicate to me that your progesterone levels are out of whack.

I never ran ralox but I did run nolv for years. Anytime I would try a progestin type steroid like tren or deca I would get gyno (the puffy nip progestrerone type) and have to come off.

Few years ago I switched to Adex and my problems were solved. No more estro gyno (lumps) and no more progesterone gyno (puffyness).

We can only speak from our own experiance so I can only tell you what I would do in your situation because I know it works so well. I would order adex, run is at .45mgs ED until issue is gone and then lower it to .25mgs EOD for a few more weeks. Stop the nolv and ralox when you start the adex. No need to combine them.

I know that doesn't answer your exact question but I'm pretty posative it can solv your issue. When total estro levels are lower (adex will do this) progesterone type gyno has a harder time forming.

Appreciate the info bouncer, I never really thought of that.
I always assumed progesterone gyno would indicate that the nipples would lactate and is caused by 19nors na?

The puffiness is not constant, they're usually fine and only get puffy and pointy when they're warm.

I may have wrongly assumed that the puffiness is due to the lumps under the nipples.

I'll give adex a try and report back.

Well the good thing is, even if I'm wrong, those lumps will be taken care of by the adex better than they would be with nolv. Good luck brother, remember don't combine them all. When you get the adex come off the other stuff. More is not always better and can actually make things worse in some cases.

Will do sir, I was thinking about stopping the Ralox and nolva anyway.
Even my doctor advised it, said there's a good chance the gyno will regress on its own.

I'm gonna taper off the serms and start on Adex.

Will keep you guys updated.

I know a lot of members on this board disagree, but my go to is letro. Its a lot stronger, but if you already have gyno, then might as well kick it in the ass. But bouncer is right. Adex will work. Since the gyno came after your cycle, it seems that your body gets sensitive to your natty test levels after being so low when you come off cycle. Might want to keep an AI on hand after your next cycle as well

I agree with you if nothing else works to remove the gyno. I'd try adex first though. Letro is brutal on the body.
