    If you don't inject delts your missing out. Easy as can be (kneeling down and arms up on bathroom counter technique), pain free, and best of all 1cc in each delt gives you bigger fuller delts for at least a few days. :D

    27g half inch pins are absolutely perfect for delts.

        All I shoot is delts

        Just don't do more than 2 cc each time.

        Over time you may benefit from a knowledgeable physio using a cold press type metal roller to break down any scar tissue

          Do you rear load the juice in the slin pin or do you just draw it really slowly? I get impatient with my 23 ga taking too long.

            I pull with an 18 and shoot with a 27. Faster pulling and sharper needle for shooting.

              So you use 27 ga screw on. But in the pic bouncer is using the 27ga slin. So it's done differently right?

                Yep, 27 g screw on. Yeah I believe B's is a slin pin so he pulls and shoots with the same one.

                  I have heard of people who will actually draw with a thicker gauge and squirting through the back with the plunger removed to make it quicker. That's what I was curious about.

                    Speaking of delt injections last two times I've done my left I hit a spot it doesn't like and the muscle contracts uncontrolled with the pin inside. I push in deeper and it gets worse so I have to pull out and hit a different spot. I just did my left and this one its gonna have some pip for sure. Hard contractions and the needle came out bent.

                      I use all areas and delts are a good spot for sure. Lately I've done more lats and traps. I do use a 21g to draw and pin with a 27g "0.5 length pin

                            maybe your pin is too big or your delts too small? :D

                            i dunno, i have never ever had any issue with delts injects. pin slides in and i feel nothing. can't say the same for quads, i do have issues there sometimes.

                              It happens more than I'd like, but I know what you mean. Basically what's happening is you're going through tendons, ligaments hence the contractions.

                              Like you said, wiggle a bit or pull out and pin in a different spot.

                              I just keep going, but I take my sweet time. Wait till you hit the tendon so hard that it'll make your body twitch :D
