    Should natty folks do cardio?

    If it's for health, dropping fat, etc type purposes. ..I'd say yes.

    If it's for maintaining muscle mass, no. Most natty folks wanna build mass, not lose it. However most do think cardio is necessary because it's all they hear. I agree with beast that little bit of cardio at a level 1 or 2 zone, should be fine. It's once you're getting into level 3s or 4s that ends up burning your muscle, I've done this myself
