It's not that easy bro. You can't overcome bad genetics with all the gear in the world, it'll just kill you. Muscle bellies and insertions cant change regardless of gear usage.Originally posted by BlueApple View PostGenetics are overrated. Bodybuilding these days is all drugs, and please dont tell me "oh they work their ass off" most pros are in the gym for an hour or less 4-5 days a week. Meanwhile most naturals are in the gym working their ass off 2 hours a day 6 days a week. The hardest thing a pro has to do is inject themselves 10 times a day.
I work with guys that haven't trained weights since high school 20+ years ago, eat like shit, no drugs other than booze, that have much bigger muscles than me and Ive been training consistently with gear for a couple years now. That's genetics. It takes gear, genetics, diet, and work ethic to be a top pro. The more of those that are missing the further down the ladder you go.

Imo, the "hardest thing a pro has to do" isn't injecting themselves 10 times a day. It's the fuckin diet. Eating 8 to 10 times a day, nothing but quality home cooked food in measured amounts...shit, the grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning up the mess, prepping tons of meals, eating every 2 hours, etc is a full time job. I only do 4 or 5 meals and it consumes too much of my life, can't imagine doubling or tripling that

No pro works out for hours a day. Most are in the gym for an hour at most. Cardio? They might do half an hour of cardio a day when its close to competition time.Originally posted by rado View PostFalse....unless you lift at a planet fitness. I've never met or seen a pro or even amateur that doesn't spend a few hours in the gym. Their cardio alone is usually an hour long, so yea....

I agree about the muscle insertions but people dont just magically put on more muscle than others. How are you so sure that your friends arent on steroids? Do you follow them to the bathroom lol. You have to realize that steroids are illegal most people arent going to admit to using them otherwise they might lose their job.Originally posted by chuckz28 View PostIt's not that easy bro. The biggest pros eat 5000 calories a day at the most. The insulin pushes more of the food to their muscles instead of into the toilet. Hop on 200 ius of insulin a day and youll know what i mean.Originally posted by MattG View PostImo, the "hardest thing a pro has to do" isn't injecting themselves 10 times a day. ROFL you're delusional. I sit with these guys outside of work, inside, talk about the most personal shit anybody would ever have with a person for a dozen years yet they are taking steroids when they don't even care about muscle, bodybuilding, weights or anything? Lmfao. I train calves twice a week for 2 years and fucking kids have bigger claves. That's genetics bitch.Originally posted by BlueApple View PostI agree about the muscle insertions but people dont just magically put on more muscle than others. 200 ius a day eh? Bro you are clueless. That would fucking kill a man no matter who he is. They might do 10 ius 3 to 4 times a day, not 200. Not sure where you're coming up with all this "knowledge". Sounds to me you are an angry natural dude that's hell bent on discrediting steroid users. And it's been a known fact for years that mass monsters consume well over 5000 calories a day via eating 10 meals. I eat 5000 calories a day myself nearly every day.Originally posted by BlueApple View PostThe biggest pros eat 5000 calories a day at the most. 10 ius 3 or 4 times a day? Sure for your average gym rat that sounds about right, but the top guys are definitely using well over 100 ius of slin per day. Just because you see some video on youtube of a pro eating a 10k calorie cheatmeal doesnt mean they eat that many calories everyday. Use a mere 50 ius of slin a day for the next 3 months while keeping your calories the same and i guarantee youll gain 20-30 pounds easily.Originally posted by MattG View Post200 ius a day eh? Look just because someone has bigger calves than you doesnt mean they have magical genetics. If someone who was 400 pounds for 3 years decides to lose 200 pounds guess what? He'll have giant calves. But to say some people can magically gain more muscle than others without steroids is delusional. Those kids were probably 400 pounds a few years prior which is why they have bigger calves. And just because they are fatter than you doesnt mean they have more muscle. Quit confusing fat with muscle.

No bro I'm sorry. Your going to have to deal with genetic facts regardless of if it comforts you or not.
Drugs play a huge role in bodybuilding nobody is denying that.
Dennis Wolf for example has no calves despite being on massive amounts of drugs. There is nothing he can do about his calves. Mike matarazo on the other hand had massive shredded calves at 19 years old. This is genetics. Mike was genetically gifted when it came to calves. Dennis Wolf is not. Nothing "magic" about it as you keep implying.

pick any 2 pro bodybuilders you like. in your mind they are both on 10 grams a week and 50iu of gh a day. lol. lets assume your correct. pick 2 and I will give you an example of how genetics play a huge role between even top level bodybuilders.Originally posted by BlueApple View PostDidnt know kids in elementary school had muscle. They were either fat or skinny and guess what? The kids who were fat for most of their lives will have huge calves once they shed the weight.
