They pulled out, claiming off all the boards due to heat but I have my doubts.Rui is also ARR and cem-meso, the same company. They still sponser and actively post deals as of even as short as a few hours ago on another board. To top it off a member on another board ordered from Rui and they said their usual credit card vendor was no longer with them, it goes through China now and orders had to be placed from a guest account. Within hours of ordering he began accruing fraudulent charges on his card originating in China. Something is fishy so I'd stay clear.

interesting chuck, sounds to me like rui sold off ARR and cem-meso to the forums they sponsor. those forums then went with another shitty card processing company because they couldn't get a legit one.

did the guy that got fraudulent charges order from rui directly or ARR/Cem-Meso? i understand they are one in the same but that may not be the case anymore. if he ordered from rui directly and got fraud charges that is definitly a sign of bad news. maybe they were decent enough to pull out of here before they went bad..
