I would do the mast at 400-600mgs a week. The hcg seems low to me. Normally I do 1000ius a week (500 twice a week) but I've never been on a stage so I'm no expert....

Winstrol I would do 50mgs - 100mgs a day.

Thanks. I was able to get dr to get me vial of hcg. I always felt like I was under dosing. He recommends low ass dose. Last question... I normally do my oils Sunday and Wednesday. When should I do hcg..Monday and Thursday...or does it matter..

Monday and Thursday is cool or Sunday and Wednesday would be fine too. Get it all done on the same time. Good luck! Keep us posted!

Naw, you know oil pains, lil swelling. Wonder if I should alternate shoulders... tren in right, Mast in left week 1. Then switch sides week 2

Hold on, your saying your injecting the same spots every single week? Gotta switch up bro. Give those spots a rest. At least 2 weeks in between. Glutes, quads , delts.

When doing multiple compounds 2-3 cc's total, I always put them all in the same syringe and pin in my glutes...for example right now I'm doing 1cc test, 1cc mast, and .5cc eq every other day. All in the same pin and alternate glutes. I always use a couple different locations on each side so I'm not continuously hitting the same spot every 4 days. Quads hold large volumes as well, if they don't give you pip. I rarely do quads cause I get pip there the worst but many ppl dont...

Delts, traps, pecs, glutes, calfs, quads, bis, tris, and lats.

Okay...I'm on 1cc mast, 1cc test, 1cc tren, every 4 days. I been using individual needles for each. Mast left shoulder, tren right, test quad...I guess I go back to mixing and using 1 needle...
