jHi guys thought post my prep in here a lot of people like this kind of talk.
so following started 16 weeks out. two 8 week cycles.
cycle one
350mg test c eod
200mg deca eod
200mg eq eod
4iu hgh
40-80mcg clen
25mcg t3
cycle two
100mg test p
250mg test 2 once a week (cut out 4 weeks before show)
200mg tren e eod (woud of used ace but my brewer only does e and suspension)
50mg winstrol inj. eod (bump up to ed 4weeks out)
100mg masteron eod (bump up to ed 4weeks out)
20-30mg halotestin starting 2 weeks out
8iu hgh (not sure yet depends on source)
40-80mcg clen
25-50mcg t3
(somewhere in there probaly 10days dnp 200-400mg)
diuretics dyazide dosage il update when im at the point depends a lot on current shape
letro is run throughout 2.5mg eod maybe last 2 weeks ed
currently 9 weeks out will be fun switching to androgens fucking love my tren this is where the real changes happen.
currently at 8% bodyfat (dxa-scan) 230lb
lost 6% bodyfat in 7 weeks weight loss 5lb
grow and fill out in to your show best way.
