Hey Bouncer, since many did this, how long does it usually take people to recover back to normal after such a cycle ?

1-2 months. Coming off sucks. Warning you now.

I'd recommend doing what you can to get ahold of test and some arimidex. Test E or C 500mg a week 10-12 weeks adex .5mg EOD adjust as needed. Start pct week 15 or 16, clomid nolva 40mg a day for 2 weeks then 20mg a day for the last 2.
