How does it feel to train on slin?

I never used it pre workout, only post workout. 10-15iu humulin-r followed 10 minutes later by a shake of 50 grams carbs, 50 grams protein, 5 grams creatine.
Diet was strict, all protein and carbs and absolutely zero fat for at least 4 hours after the shot. Any fat eaten will be shuttled right into storage for at least 4 hours after shot so you don't want that.
In the end, there was a reason I stopped. I don't remember exactly why but I guess I felt I was harming myself in the long run for a small advantage in pump and fullness.
I'd never use it again personally.
