I'm curious how pros and even some amateurs add so much size during the off season when they are supposedly "not on a cycle". The most test I run is 500-700 a week and I may throw in another compound or two, each at lower dosages than the test. Of course I put on size during this time but when I drop down to trt dosages it's all I can do to maintain 60-70% of gains. They simply slowly decline... They have to stay on something year around to consistently become bigger and better each year right? Any insight on this is appreciated

The answer really is pretty simple especially if you've been training for years like the pros you mention. Drugs. If you are a pro and your putting on muscle after years of training there is no such thing as "not on cycle".Originally posted by AllDay View PostI'm curious how pros and even some amateurs add so much size during the off season when they are supposedly "not on a cycle". You can tell when someone truly is forced off cycle due to injury etc.. take Dennis Wolf for example. He probably lost 50lbs of muscle. He's on the mend now though and gaining it back. Guys that had to come off due to liver or kidney issues etc..
Moral of story. If a pro or someone that has been training for years suddenly makes huge gains they are 100% on cycle. If they say otherwise they are full of shit or they have been truly been off like Levrone and gone back on full tilt. You do not make gains as an experienced pro or top amateur natty.

Trt at 150mg//wk...I usually come completely off for 2-3 months of the year and run Nolva during that time but honestly idk if that short period of time off has any benefit. Would it be better to just keep trt dosages any time I'm not on cycle??Originally posted by Chadd77 View PostWhat are your trt doses? Do you run any sarms during your "off" time?

I really doubt it has any benefit. 2-3 months just isn't enough time to serve any purpose. basically you are just allowing your hormone levels to crash for 2-3 months and by the time your body might be starting to kick on it's own natty hormone levels again you go right back on.Originally posted by AllDay View PostTrt at 150mg//wk...I usually come completely off for 2-3 months of the year and run Nolva during that time but honestly idk if that short period of time off has any benefit.
