200mg test out of 250mg test

I know 250mg is 250mg but what is the simplest way for me to get 200mg out of 250mg testosterone. I'm thinking in a 3ml syringe I would need to go with 0.7 & 1/2 of 1ml with the 250mg. Now I'm not sure about that so don't bust my balls yet that's why I'm asking you guy's.

So it has 250mg per cc. So on a syringe there will be 10 lines between 1 cc 2 cc 3 cc etc..

That means each line represents 25mgs if the test you have is 250mg per cc. So to get 200mgs you simply draw down 8 lines. 2 lines short of a full cc.
