bulk on cut off cycle???

  • bulk on cut off cycle???

    Hi guys.in no much time i will start my first cycle of test e 12 weeks and do 500 kcal surplus and add 150 kcal each week.and pn pct add 200 kcal to the last kcal intake.but doing this will not put much bodyfat?isnt better start 500 surplus and add like 150 - 200 when no gain weight each week?

    My idea was.get low bodyfat do,lean,cycle bulk.then only do,cycles,for bulk and then i will,be on low bodyfat ever.or,if. Won very low bodyfat.wait months after pct and then cut very slow offcycle with 150 deficit.

    What so you guys,think?should i reach low bodyfat for better result when finish the cycle and maintain,the low bodyfat?i make estrict diet from the start of gym 1 year ago and,i,count,all macros and all

    and for next cycles i am thinking on only do test masteron cycles

        whats the goal? the best thing is descide whats best for you. one of the biggest mistakes I see is guys on gear (usually newb's) and try to stay lean all year round. you wont gain that way. push it and train hard good things will happen.

            you need to put on size bro. making things to complicated. increase cals, train heavy as you can with strict form. 20 minutes of cardio pwo will help keep the extra fat off.

            your too skinny to cut down anymore. no shit talk but you'll look like a stick dieting down much more bro. slow size increase then think about leaning down once you've put on more muscle.

              yeah man,but my idea is do the cycle,then eat maintenance calories the 4 months of resting of the cycle for get the levels to the normally,then do a very slow cut before the next bulk cycle.what do you think?

                i think your getting lost in details and making it too complicated. you need more size. you look like you just started working out. the solution to that is train hard and heavy and eat. you don't even need AAS but i wont try and talk you out of that because I know you will do it anyway.

                you can worry about these details once you put on some muscle brother.

                    Hi guys i am on 8 week cycle i was eating like when i started on gym nonstop.i started doing 500 kcal surplus but relized that was a, shit then started eat as much as i could.around 5000 calories and training hard.i didnt put fat



                    And thanks to jack tors,he helped me a lot of

                      good bro, keep it up. if you start putting on fat just add in a bit of cardio like 20 minutes low impact after training.
