Low dose old dude log

Well I'm at 90 days of running this.i must say this was a good decision for me to go this route. Learned a few things.
Trt dose is not a standard #. I was told by most 200 mg E5D was way high. Well after doing the blood work it seems to be about perfect for me. No real stress on my body great results feel fucking fantastic and mood is amazing. I will continue to monitor blood work a few times a year.
Strength has noticably increased I have gotten a bit of size...But in my opinion I have gotten much more defined.sex drive is very good. Just not seeing many downsides at this point. I have noticed my nuts shrunk a tad bit but nothing I'm concerned with, I expected that.
I'm setting between 209 and 210 lbs so I've gained about 7 lbs of muscle. I upped the calorie intake a bit last few weeks. It's helped with the constant hunger. My waist lost almost an inch as I'm just about 33 inch's instead of 34.
So overall for me.,yes I would recommend trying this if your an old dude and running out of steam like I was....It's good to have a lot of coal stoking that fire again!!
My goal over time is to remain healthy...Continue my outdoor activities and I'd like to get up to 220 lbs. That's still 15 lbs lighter then when I was in my 30s but I think would be a good "fighting weight" for an old dude.,lol
I will start to experiment with other compounds on ocassion as my interest is growing but I'll be smart n go slow. I will be getting some Var in the near future and give it a run.,. Anyway...It's been fun.

If you're wanting to gain those pounds back you were when you were younger I'd bump the test by 100mgs e5d and add in deca at 150mgs E5D. That way your adding 250mgs total compound to your cycle, still a safe and mild cycle with minimal sides with the added benefit of deca making the joints feel great. You'll gain slow and steady. My only knock on var is that you'd only be able to run it 6 weeks or so. Deca will be cheaper, great for joints, and you'll be able to run it much longer. Just my opinion for your specific situation.
