Fellas,
After a 5 months lay off due to Injury and halt my blast and cruise test E. Its been almost two month back at the gym training 6 days a week and cardio right after weights. 20-30mins Liss keeping heart rate 130-140 heart rate
I just received my order from a very reliable source and will start RIP TTM 225mg cycle
75mgstren ace

8 week cycle
225mgTTM every3day or EOD.. I have not been on tren since 2011 and want to keep the dosage low incase of any unwanted side effects.
T3 50mcg through the whole cycle( will.be measuring my ear temp)
Proviron 25-50mgs ED
Adex .5 EOD
I have albuterol I might through that in 8mgs split and maybe add 4mgs later on total 12mg( maybe overkill)
I have caber on hand just in case.
Calories are between 2500-3000 and I'm time carbing... my carbs start intra workout 50grams of HBCD
Proteins is aroud 250grams
Carbs 150ish
Fats are Around 110-115
Goal is drop BF, but of course it's summer and drop a few pounds.. nah I aint fat :)
Fellas let me know if I need to tweak some things
PCT will be nolva and Clomid as protocol
