                          Fixing some insurance stuff and getting some other aspects of training in line at the moment. Hope to have baseline numbers within the next 3-4 weeks, then I'll start shortly after.

                          Have a few trips in the upcoming months, so getting everything planned is the current challenge. I'll start a log when the time comes.

                            So when will you actually start the cycle? Are you currently lifting weights? What does "getting some aspects of training in line" mean? To me this is code for "I need to start lifting". :D

                              Will start end of June/start of July. Never stopped lifting weights. Up at 5am every morning before a 12 hour work shift.

                              Aspects of training-intensity/split, I've gotten comfortable with my routine, about to change it up. Eating needs to improve, so I want to get a few weeks in of strict eating before I start.

                                Just start now. Will motivate you all the more to eat better and train better. A few weeks of dieting won't make any difference, in fact hormones will help speed up that process. Summer is here bro, don't you wanna be top shape at the height of summer?
