You have to set up your wallet with a credit card which is the pain in the ass part. Take a picture and ID and credit card. Then you are able to by bitcoins. Your source will give I his Bitcoin wallet address and you send him bitcoins from your wallet. Hard to explain like this. But just go to where it says register or whatever and start there.

Once it's set up its very easy to use. No Moneygram or Western Union fees. Source gets finds immediately and ships sooner.

you can try to buy and sell bitcoin on localbitcoin or bitsstamp, need about 2 weeks to open a account. Bank transfer and Money gram have many limit. and more anonymity with bitcoin, I guess that's the reason.
