Low grade fever

So my last two injections I decided to bump my dose from 50mgs tren A to 75 mgs....
Did my shot yesterday.. felt fine today u till I got off work and low and behold I feel a little hot with a lil chill with my heart rate between 80-100..

The best part is. It's the day of the week that I go watch my son and I'm feeling like ass!!.. not sure if it's coincidence cause I also did leg day yesterday with back squats and front squats etc..

And the sacrum part of my ass feels sore...

Took an aspirin so hopefully I feel better as I'm on my way to my son
